QuickBAS Helps You Go Paperless
QuickBAS is the ideal tool to help you go paperless. QuickBAS automatically stores any number of businesses, tax years and transactions in an unlimited database. You can store all your relevant business transactions without ever printing on paper.

Export Data as PDF
- QuickBAS can export any sheet of data as a PDF document
- PDF documents are cross-platform and universally recognised
- You can save or share this format with 3rd parties such as your accountant
- Access the PDF export option from the File menu —> Export Data —> Export as PDF

Benefits of storing as PDF instead of paper
- Storing data as PDF saves trees, saves carbon, and saves filing space
- Additionally, saving as PDF saves time!
- PDF documents are searchable and much faster that searching through reams of paper

Export Data as Tab-Separated Values
- QuickBAS can export any sheet of data as a TSV file
- TSV files can be opened by any spreadsheet program such as Microsoft Excel
- You can save or share this format with 3rd parties such as your accountant
- Access the TSV export option from the File menu —> Export Data —> Export as TSV
- The resulting file will have a .txt extension, but Excel opens it as a spreadsheet
